Customs and taxes

Kindly note that local taxes and import duties are applicable and are separate from the shipping charges. The customer is responsible for settling these import taxes and duties. To gain insight into potential duties or taxes, we recommend consulting your local customs authority. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to Russia due to import restrictions.

 

Tracking

All packages have track and trace. Tracking information will be sent to you in a separate email from DHL when your order is dispatched. Please check your spam folder.

 

Processing & shipping time

We offer shipping for over 30 countries.
We dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days.

Shipping time is automatically and instantly calculated during the checkout at the time of inputing your address, and it will depend on the country you are receiving the parcel. 

Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times. Please get in touch if you need a more exact delivery time for your country/city.

Note! We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays etc.

 

What is our return policy and quality guarantee?

Quality Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products you received get in touch within 30 days of receiving the item and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution. 

Bare in mind that our quality assurance team will validate your claim.

 

Color consistency

Printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors influence the color, consistency, and final result: machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity in the room, and when the machine was last cleaned, just to mention a few examples. Color variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.

 

Defective or damaged products

If you receive defective or damaged orders, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products, or lack of quality of the delivered product not caused by lack of quality of the print itself. Should you want to submit a new order, we will cover the costs of the new order. Before reordering, please contact us and we will analyse the case.

 

Lost Orders Policy

For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll analyse the case and, if we confirm the error, we'd be happy to send a replacement order.

 

Return Policy

We currently do not support returns because the products you order are personalized and made specifically for each order. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order. 

 

Returned to Sender Policy

For these cases, please get in touch with us so that we can analyse the problem and arrange for the product price to be refunded in the case you place a new order. This way, you will only pay again for the shipping of the order.

 

Wrong Address

If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order and shipping.

 

Rejected by the Recipient

If you reject the shipment during the delivery, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order and shipping.

 

Unclaimed

If you are not able to receive their order at the address, the shipments may be available for pick up at your local post office or carrier pick up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the sender. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order and shipping.
